How our process works

Are you a Self Pay or insured patient?

- Self Pay schedule your appointment and pay the deposit ($49)

-Insured: We are an in-network provider for AHCCCS patients and other major insurance providers.  Schedule your appointment and we will send a payment link for your required Co-pay amount

Schedule your appointment right from the Home page

Choose an available date/time that works best for you.

Your appointment request will come to us.  

You will receive a DocuSign email to fill out and sign your new patient paperwork right online

Once you complete the new patient forms, we will enter your information into the electronic medical record prior to your appointment. and you are all set for the telehealth appointment.

Just prior to the appointment time, you will receive a text link or an email link so you can join the telehealth session. 

During the appointment, we will also discuss the GeneSight psychotropic test and if you agree, we will order it for delivery to your home for collection by you at your convenience.

Pick up your medication, we send our prescriptions electronically directly to your preferred Pharmacy.

We will schedule a follow-up appointment to see how the medications are working and if adjustments need to be made.
